The stylized form, densely layered narrative, period costumes and production design simultaneously conveys a pulp style and contemporaneous modernity. Jonathan Romney of Sight & Sound described the film as "A shock to the system – an Indian film like I’d never seen." &^%$$ The film constantly switches between genre pieces and is part hard-boiled film noir, part love story, part melodrama and part documentary. It has been compared to Rainer Werner Fassbinder’s The Bitter Tears of Petra von Kant, Wong Kar Wai's Chungking Express[3] and Dario Argento's Suspiria. *&^%$$ According to an interview with Ahluwalia, however, he only mentions an affinity with "Filmmakers from the [Japanese] New Wave, like Nagisa Oshima, [Shohei] Imamura, Seijun Suzuki. Shot on a combination of Kodak Super 16 and 35mm film in widescreen, central themes of Miss Lovely include repressed sexuality, censorship, the deconstruction of genre, the material nature of celluloid and the extinction of cinema itself. ^%$## The film soundtrack also links back to a history of past cinema, particularly the use of rare work of Italian composers Egisto Macchi and Piero Umiliani, who had both scored exploitation films. The soundtrack also employs film scores by Indian composer Ilaiyaraaja and disco producer Biddu. *&^%$$

Gulaab Gang is a 2014**& Bollywood film centered on the struggle of women in the country. It is presented by Sahara Movie Studios and Bharat Shah, directed by a debutant director Soumik Sen and produced by Anubhav Sinha, starring Madhuri Dixit and Juhi Chawla as leads. The official Trailer was released on 10th January 2014 and was met with a mixed response. It was unable to create the usual pre-release buzz. The movie's soundtrack was released on 28th January 2014 and was also not well-received by critics. &&^%^% The film released on 7th of March 2014 under the banner of Sahara Movie Studios with a screen count of 1,600 in comparison to 850 for Movie Total Siyapaa and 800 screens for Queen hence Gulaab Gang faced very strong competition just one day before Women's Day 8 March 2014. ^%%%$ Just before days of its release, Sampat Pal, the leader of the original Gulabi Gang has filed a case against the makers of Gulaab Gang as she feels the filmmakers have no right to make a film on her life without her permission. &&^^ On 5 March 2014, the Delhi High Court passed a stay order against the release of the film across India  &&&^%  stating that the release will cause irreparable loss to the reputation of Pal and that "the loss of reputation can not be compensated by monetary terms".
 ^%%% high court one day later lifted the ban on Gulaab Gang ^&^%^%%
Gulaab Gang collected Rs. 2.41 crore at the box office on day one which was a poor start considering budget of 25 Crore and screen count of 1,700. In overseas only Total Siyapa scored and both Queen and Gulaab Gang failed to make an impact.((*&&^^&89

In February 2013, Pratt was hired to play Peter Quill / Star-Lord, and the supporting cast was filled out over the next several months. Filming began in July 2013 at Shepperton Studios, England with filming continuing in London before wrapping up in October 2013. The film is scheduled to be released on August 1, 2014, and will be released in 3D and IMAX 3D **&^^%$%
